Refund policy
All Clay by Dre pieces are handmade, therefore slight variations in size, shape and glaze color are to be expected due to the nature of the ceramics process. Handmade objects are "perfectly imperfect" which adds to the uniqueness of each piece!
If you are unhappy with your order; i.e. if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me at ClaybyDre@outlook.com within 24 hours to discuss the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
